Enjoy this Healthier Version of Hot Chocolate
Did you know that a Starbucks’ hot chocolate contains 210 calories? Or that the ingredients promote many health problems? The Atlas Chiropractic version has only 100 calories and contains many health promoting benefits.

Coconut Milk better than Cow’s Milk
Cow milk is meant for baby cows. It is linked to allergies, cancer and digestive problems. Do not be fooled by the dairy council billboards. The dairy council has been forced to stop advertising that milk makes bones healthier and “ Milk does a body good.” Our substitute is coconut milk, which increases your metabolism and reduces cholesterol.

Unsweetened Cocoa: The Nectar of the Gods
Cultures around the world have promoted the use of raw cocoa as a medicinal cure that promotes special natural powers. Kings and spiritual leaders consumed raw cocoa to stay on top of their game. When cocoa was imported to Europe and later to the USA, makers began to add more and more sugar. Now commercial chocolate is 90% sugar. Sugar has been linked to many diseases associated with the standard American diet; including heart, liver and kidney disease. Dark organic chocolate is usually 10-30% sugar or 90 to 70 % raw cocoa.

Honey has less risk than sugar, and more health benefits
Honey contains antioxidants, and natural anti-bacterial, anti-viral, and anti-inflammatory compounds. A San Diego State University research project showed the same amount of honey verses sugar resulted in less body fat, lower triglycerides, and higher levels of good cholesterol.
